Welcome to the FMHA financials page which provides an overview of our year to year budget and tracks your homeowner's dues at work. This includes maintenance of the FMHA facilities and grounds, recent renovations to the community pools and tennis courts, and sponsoring of neighborhood and social events.

Due to the cost of printing and mailing financial documents to 209 households is very high, we recommend that you download a soft copy of the statements and/or documents for your perusal. If you need a paper copy, please contact the treasurer.
