Board Meetings
Board meetings are held on the third Monday of each month from 6-7 PM CST in the clubhouse beginning October 19, 2026. All FMHA residents are welcome and encouraged to attend, participate, and stay involved in the community. Please remember that board members and volunteers generously give their personal time to serve the neighborhood, so we ask that all attendees remain respectful and constructive during meetings.
Meeting Schedule Exceptions
December 14, 2026 replaces December 21, 2026 (winter break).
January 25, 2027 replaces January 18, 2027 (Martin Luther King Jr. Day).
February 22, 2027 replaces February 15, 2027 (Presidents’ Day).
March 22, 2027 replaces March 15, 2027 (spring break).
All association documents, including financial records, are available to HOA members. While minutes will be posted here and on our Facebook, financial records are only available by request by contacting the treasurer via email. To help manage costs, documents are not distributed by mail each month.
