Board meetings are held on the third Monday of each month at 7:00 PM in the clubhouse. All FMHA residents are welcome and encouraged to attend, participate, and stay involved in the community. Please remember that board members and volunteers generously give their personal time to serve the neighborhood, so we ask that all attendees remain respectful and constructive during meetings.

All association documents, including financial records, are available to HOA members. While minutes will be posted here and on our Facebook, financial records are only available by request by contacting the treasurer via email. To help manage costs, documents are not distributed by mail each month.
